What you'll be doing
Joining our team, you’ll gain hands-on experience by taking on foundational tasks, including content creation, supporting lead generation activities, managing organic social media, and assisting with proposals, case studies, and outbound email campaigns.
These tasks are essential to our Business Development and Marketing function, and you’ll work within a collaborative team, alongside our Marketing Executive and Business Development and Marketing Director. As your confidence grows, you’ll play an active role in analysing campaign performance, distributing content, and supporting our regular events, such as our annual Design Awards. You’ll also deepen your knowledge in CRM systems, PPC, SEO, web optimisation, and more.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles
- Good communication skills
- Existing working knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing basics
- Highly organised and comfortable with administrative tasks
- Comfortable with prioritising your workload
What we offer
Starting with a 6-month internship with a salary of £12 per hour with the potential to become a permanent member of the team.
- We operate a 4-day week, hybrid working and flexible working around core hours
