Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

This program is open exclusively to existing clients of Proctor + Stevenson. Participants must be actively engaged as clients with Proctor + Stevenson at the time of the referral and when the credits are awarded.

2. Referral Credit

For each eligible referral, the referring client will earn a credit worth 5% of the referee's total invoice payments over their first 12 months, up to a maximum of £5,000.

3. Services Included

The referred client may request any service offered solely by Proctor + Stevenson, ranging from branding to marketing technology solutions. Any 3^rd party services are exempt from this offer.

4. Credit Distribution

Credits are calculated and distributed monthly, based on 5% of the total project cost. The total cumulative credit will not exceed £5,000 per referral. e.g. if a project comes in at £30,000 and will last 3 months, the referrer will receive £500 worth of credit monthly.

5. First Invoice Requirement

The referring client will start receiving the credit only after the first invoice of the referred client is fully paid.

6. Invoice Agreement

A credit cannot be applied to an invoice retrospectively; it can only be applied to future invoices that the referring client takes up with Proctor + Stevenson.

7. Credit Usage

Credits can be applied monthly against the invoices of the referring client. Alternatively, credits can be accumulated up to the value of £2,000 and used later, as per the client's discretion.

8. Credit Value

Any credit or accumulated credit that takes an individual invoice below the value of £1,000 will be deferred and applied to the following invoice. Should this also take the following invoice to below £1,000 the credit will again be deferred and if necessary, the credit will be allowed to continue past the first 12 months until all the accumulated credit has been allocated.

9. Cancellation Policy

If the service agreement with the referred client is terminated or cancelled for any reason, the referral credit program pertaining to that referral will also be voided. No credits will be issued for services not rendered to the referred client.

10. Miscellaneous

• The credits earned in this program cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment except as a discount on future invoices for Proctor + Stevenson.
• This referral program cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts provided by Proctor + Stevenson.
• Proctor + Stevenson reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
• Referrals must be from businesses outside of your current organisation.
• You can refer as many businesses as you like, if they become paying customers then you will receive the credits for each referral.
• If a referred project takes over 18 months to commence, the credit will be void.

11. Agreement

Participation in the referral program constitutes the client’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
