We say YES to empowering local schools and businesses
Keeping community at the heart of our CSR initiatives is a top priority
We look for meaningful ways to give back, whether it’s providing opportunities for aspiring young creatives or supporting local businesses when ordering in our lunch.
Inspiring the next generation
We love what we do, so we’re set on inspiring young people at the start of their career journeys. We want to demystify the world of marketing and ignite excitement about the job possibilities it offers.
That means offering work-experience placements to local schools, giving students a real taste of office life and the chance to develop their skills.
We participate in a joint program between local organisations Babbasa and Bristol Creative Industries, offering paid placements to 18-24 year olds from ethnic minority backgrounds and/or low income households.
And every year, we host our very own Design Awards, offering a three-month paid internship to the overall winner.
Supporting local businesses
We host regular pop-up lunches featuring delicious offerings from local independent businesses. It’s a way of contributing to our vibrant community whilst ensuring our team gets the best cuisine Bristol has to offer. It’s a hard job, but someone’s got to do it.
Our support extends far beyond local eateries too. We also partner with local businesses for everything from printed materials to recruitment, and pledge our allegiance to local charities, social enterprises and fundraising initiatives wherever possible.
Supporting local businesses is our way of ensuring we’re fuelling the local economy and helping Bristol’s business community thrive, but it also helps us keep our day-to-day supply chain emissions to a minimum by reducing the amount of transportation involved.
